About us
Heroes Place, Inc., is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in November, 2010 and incorporated in January, 2011. The founder created Heroes Place to help transition homeless veterans from dependence to independence in the Washington DC Metropolitan area. However, the organization has since evolved to help all veterans with a wide-range of services and still caters to homeless and low-income veterans.
